Join Our Restart Scheme Refresh Sessions in South Yorkshire

- The Growth Company (GC) delivers the Restart Scheme in South Yorkshire on behalf of Maximus.
- Commissioned by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), the scheme provides participants with up to 12 months of enhanced employment support.
- Our team will be hosting informational sessions on the scheme aimed at stakeholders and partners in Barnsley (22nd May) and Doncaster (23rd May).
The Growth Company is set to host a series of explanatory sessions about a successful employment support programme.
The Restart Scheme is a Department for Work and Pensions initiative that provides tailored, intensive support to people who have been on Universal Credit for more than 6 months, helping them to overcome barriers to employment through coaching, CV and interview skills, and training.
The Growth Company is an experienced supply chain partner on the Restart Scheme across the north of England, including in South Yorkshire, where we deliver on behalf of Maximus.
Following the government’s decision to extend the scheme for two years, we are inviting local partners and stakeholders to visit our Barnsley office on 22nd May and Doncaster office on 23rd May to learn about our future plans. There will also be an opportunity for networking with other local businesses.
