In light of Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re celebrating the successes of the Sales Team who have shown how working together both improves wellbeing amongst the team, as well as results in the workplace.

Stronger Together – Sara Whetstone (EEC) and April Tomlinson (EC), demonstrate “Stronger Together”

Each month April and Sara work extremely proactively together focusing on their shared objectives of moving JETS participants into employment. Due to their effective working relationship, care and attention this month, they have placed a participant into employment who has been out of work since 1990! The participant has attended various employability schemes over the years which have failed to place them into employment. April worked with the participant closely to overcome challenges faced, and Sara spent time to understand their specific needs to source the right employer who would offer the correct level of support. The participant is delighted and has made a huge step forward both professionally and personally – a big well done to both the participant and the team for this brilliant work.
