The AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting will introduce you to the fundamentals of important accounting skills and principles within the workplace. It covers a range of basic accounting practices and techniques, such as finance administration, double-entry bookkeeping, basic costing principles and purchase, sales and general ledgers.
The AAT Level 2 Certificate is an internationally recognised qualification. There are no formal entry requirements, although a minimum GCSE grade C in Maths and English is desirable.
As an Accounts Technician you can work in a wide range of companies and industries.
With experience, you can progress into management or freelancing and work on accounts for a number of small business clients.
