Intensive Personalised Employment Support is here to help each person focus on their own strengths, skills and abilities to overcome any complex barriers preventing them from gaining sustainable employment.
What type of support is available?
We understand that everyone is unique, which is why our support is personalised to your individual needs. We offer a thorough package of relevant support to help our participants into work. This support includes; assessment of your individual needs, confidence building, a personalised job search strategy, creation of a CV focused on your strengths and experience, the opportunity to carry out relevant work experience, help with interview techniques and tailored in work support. Your needs and wellbeing are central to everything we do, and we want to help to remove any barriers which are stopping you from achieving your full potential.
We can also draw upon our community of specialist support partners to help with specific needs.
Programmes details
To be eligible for IPES Programme the person must be deemed as Disabled as defined in the Equality Act 2010 and have complex barriers.
- Up to 15 months of 1-2-1 support provided by Specialist Key Workers
- Designated Employer Engagement Consultants working closely with employers to identify jobs to suit
- Access to specialist support provision
- Funding available to meet the support needs
- Extensive package of support available to support progression once in work
- Opportunity to gain relevant work experience
- Delivery across Cheshire and Warrington, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Liverpool City Region, and Cumbria
- Personalised support by key workers who will manage a low caseload of clients
- Flexible delivery, programme can be delivered in venues to meet the needs of the customer
Comprehensive and continuing support
The programme will support people every step of the way – from initial consultancy through to gaining and sustaining employment. We will also provide in-work support for both the individual and their employer to ensure a fulfilled experience.
