Our work includes career advice and guidance and job support through Aspire Recruitment, Employ GM, and the Tourism & Hospitality Talent Hub, as well as promoting T Level work placements.
We also provide partner benefits through Our Pass, offer a comprehensive workforce development programme, and match participants with an extensive network of employers so they can access a wide range of opportunities.
To complement this work, we recently launched the Youth Project – a six-month pilot designed to help 16–24‑year‑olds move closer to their local labour market through accessible, structured, and responsive online provision.

Youth services can help young people develop the skills, confidence, and experience needed to progress into employment, apprenticeships, further education or training. Support may include careers guidance, employability skills, work-readiness training, mentoring, and help exploring future career opportunities.
Schools, colleges, local authorities, youth organisations, training providers, and community groups can explore youth programmes delivered by the Growth Company.
