The Growth Company delivers employment, justice, and health services across seevral regions, including Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire, Cumbria, Liverpool City Region, Yorkshire and Humber, and the Midlands.
Our teams work with people at different stages of their journey into work, supporting jobseekers, young people, people with health conditions, prison leavers, and those facing various barriers to employment. We also work closely with employers, local authorities, the NHS, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and other partners to create opportunities that improve lives and strengthen local communities.
Support available in each area varies and may include employment programmes, careers advice, skills development, health-related employment support, justice services, employer engagement, and initiatives designed to help people move into sustainable work.
