Whether you’re currently out of work, are considering a career change or are at risk of redundancy, Salford Employ can help.
For people who are completely new to the sector, there is the full skills pathway. This involves a 2-week, in-person, taught programme, plus work experience to help you put your new-found skills into practice.
Meanwhile, if you already have a health and social care qualification, the work-exposure pathway will offer you a work experience placement to help you apply your knowledge to a real-life setting.
At the end of both pathways, there will be the opportunity to gain employment in a health and social care role at a local business within Salford.
