Brew and Bee is a thriving café and bistro based in Worsley, Salford.
Founded by award-winning chef Adam Leyland-Hollingworth in 2023, the business has grown into an established and well-liked establishment, thanks, in part, to recruitment support from the Tourism and Hospitality Talent Hub.
The challenge
Adam initially faced the challenge that confronts small business owners up and down the country: finding reliable staff without the time or resources to manage a complicated recruitment process. Traditional agencies proved costly and somewhat impersonal, often failing to find candidates who matched the business’s needs.
Our approach
