We have a variety of programmes that offer support for individuals with disabilities and physical and mental health conditions. 

Support includes: 

  • Working alongside you and your health professionals to ensure that your health is a priority.
  • Help with job searching, CV writing, and interview skills. 
  • Providing access to a dedicated employment specialist who can work with you and local employers.
  • Implementing coping strategies and reasonable adjustments in the workplace.
  • Help with searching for skills and training programmes. 
  • Supporting return to work after a long period of absence.
  • Supporting individuals who are at risk of losing their jobs.
  • Benefits advice.
  • Self-employment advice.
  • Signposting to specialist services.
