Free Jobs Guarantee webinars to help employers build more inclusive workplaces

• The Growth Company is running five free Jobs Guarantee webinars in September and October to help employers develop more inclusive workplaces.
• The sessions will cover neurodiversity, reasonable adjustments, inclusive recruitment, the Good Employment Charter, and everyday inclusion.
• British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters will be available at every webinar, helping to make the sessions more accessible.

The Growth Company is running a series of free Jobs Guarantee webinars to help employers improve their knowledge of inclusive recruitment and employment practices.

Taking place throughout September and October, the five online sessions will explore key aspects of workplace inclusion, giving employers practical information they can apply to their businesses or organisations.

Employers can join the sessions that are most relevant to them or register for multiple webinars across the series.

Remote British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters will also be available at all five sessions, helping to make them accessible to more people.
