Our Pass offers eligible 16-18-year-olds free bus travel on all local bus services across Greater Manchester, making it easier to access education, work, training, culture, and leisure in the city-region. Our Pass also provides access to a range of exclusive offers, discounts, and experiences.
Restart Scheme
Commissioned by the Department for Work and Pensions, the Restart Scheme provides up to 12 months of enhanced support to help people find a job in their local area. The Growth Company delivers the Restart Scheme in Greater Manchester on behalf of Ingeus.

The service provides support in areas such as training, CV writing, interview preparation, confidence building, and health and wellbeing.
Wellness in Work IPS
Wellness In Work IPS supports residents with a severe and enduring mental illness diagnosis who require support to find paid employment or stay in their current job.
WorkWell
The Greater Manchester WorkWell programme supports disabled people and people with health conditions to stay in and succeed in work. The programme provides special support to those particularly those affected by musculoskeletal health problems.
Working Well: Individual Placement and Support in Primary Care
Working Well: Individual Placement and Support in Primary Care helps adults with long-term health conditions, mental health challenges, or other disadvantages to enter – or return to – sustained employment using the ‘place, train, and maintain’ model.
Working Well: Support to Succeed
Working Well: Support to Succeed helps people to overcome barriers which may prevent them from gaining work or pursuing their ambitions. The programme can help participants boost their confidence and achieve their goals through a wide range of activities and workshops.
